Previously, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Grupo Pantaleon, one of the largest sugar producers in Central America. He has over forty years of experience across industries, having served as a leader in global business and shared services, operations and technology management, and business transformation. Before Pantaleon, Mr. Padrón has held roles at SAP, NASA, PepsiCo, and Exelon. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering and Biomedicine from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and corporate board certifications from Harvard Business School and the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
