Terms of Service for America Digital Congresses Attendance

By purchasing your ticket or registering by any means in our America Digital Congresses: America Digital World Congress, Latin American Congress or Mexico Congress, whether in-person or online, you expressly accept our terms of service by attending our Congresses.

  1. Validity of your ticket: your ticket is only valid for the respective congress during the days of the congress.
  2. Refund: No refund of tickets is made, in case of force majeure the congress will be rescheduled, with which your tickets will remain valid, in case of not being able to attend, under justified circumstances you can request the ticket be valid for use of another attendee.   3. Privacy policy associated with your entry and participation in the America Digital Congresses: when acquiring a ticket for a specific America Digital Congress, you share your personal information with us such as; Name, Last name, email, position, company, ID, Country, Telephone, this information is stored safely by America Digital, also when attending the different activities of a certain America Digital Congress such as:
  •                      *Visit a Sponsor booth at America Digital Expo.
  •                      *Attend a specific forum or specific conference.
  •                      *Hold meetings with other Sponsors, Exhibitors or Attendees (collectively or individually).

I understand that my personal information is collected in each of these instances by different systems. America Digital in turn shares your personal information collected post-congress to:

* The official exhibitor of the booth you visited during the Expo.

* The exhibiting company or official sponsor of the forum or conference that you attended.

By holding group or individual meetings, both parties can obtain through the different systems and mechanisms of the America Digital Congress (for example, the congress networking APP) the personal information of the counterpart with whom they are meeting.

Therefore, with the mere fact of acquiring a ticket, registering or attending a certain America Digital Congress, I understand that my personal information will be shared with Exhibitors and official Sponsors of the specific America Digital Congress to which I am attending, and I authorized the use of my personal information for purposes of post-congress informational, communication and / or commercial purposes.

Also by the mere fact of acquiring a ticket, registering, participating in the respective America Digital Congress, I accept all the general Privacy terms associated with America Digital that are described below.
